What do I need for a class?

We have yoga mats, straps and blocks in the studio, however, if you decide to continue yoga, we advise that you purchase your own mat for hygiene reasons and to also encourage you to practice at home.

Dress in clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, layers are useful for warming up and cooling down. Wear clothes that will not ride up when in certain positions. We do not practice in socks, but they are useful for the cool down and relaxation at the end of the session.

Make sure you have not had a heavy meal before a class 1 and a half hours before is okay to eat a light meal, if you are really hungry a small snack will be fine.
