⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Claire McHugh: Such lovely classes. Karen and the other Yogis in the class are so welcoming, if like me you are a beginner there are always options to do as much as you can and challenge yourself, but never feel awkward if you can’t do it all. Really great atmosphere and lovely people.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sarah Nardone: 1st timer, great class and direction, from a very knowledgeable instructor, that encourages you to take things at your own pace. Good location and parking. All equipment provided.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Donna Robinson: Never done yoga before but so glad that I started at Bamboo! Karen is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to make people feel comfortable. During the sessions she explains in detail how to perform the poses and assists you when you need it. She also tells you what the pose is benefitting and gives appropriate tips for whatever level of skill you are at. The studio and atmosphere that has been created also helps to put you at ease and to actually really escape. Take it from a beginner, if you want to make a start or get to the next level Bamboo Yoga is the place.

a year later….

I feel so lucky to have found Bamboo Yoga, Karen and the other teachers at the studio are so friendly and knowledgeable, the classes are relaxed and welcoming. I have been attending regularly for a little over a year and I am amazed at the progress I have made physically, mentally and emotionally without ever feeling any pressure to do so. As a middle aged, non-bendy bloke, I was sceptical about yoga, but realised I would benefit from some guided stretching – The classes here have completely changed my view of Yoga and hence my attitude to life in general. If you have ever wondered whether yoga is for you, you couldn’t find a better place to give it a shot!
