I first walked into a Yoga class at the tender age of 46, not really knowing what to expect, other than a weekly guided stretch session would probably do me some good, particularly as a runner with a whole host of running related niggles (stiff ankles, tight calf & hamstrings, general aches & pains).


Within a few sessions these niggles disappeared (no more hobbling around for the first 20-30 mins of the day!) and I was hooked!


I am now following a 3 year Yoga Teacher Training Diploma course with the British Wheel of Yoga and have recently begun teaching Hatha Yoga.  I’m delighted to be part of the teaching team at Bamboo Yoga. 


My classes, whilst ideal for beginners, are for everyone who would like to learn to relax, increase their flexibility or improve their strength in a safe, non-competitive and non-judgemental space.
