Format of a Yoga Class

A yoga class, will have some postural work (termed asanas), to build strength and flexibility in the body, it will have some breath work, to teach us how to breathe efficiently. Breath techniques can be amazing tools to have to help us deal with stressful situations. We will always finish each class/lesson lying down on the mat in a comfortable position to let your body absorb what it has just practised and to give your mind some precious down time, this soon becomes the favourite part of the class.
